With Presidential Decree No. 10811 (the "Decree"), published in the Official Gazette dated January 7, 2026 and numbered 33130, amendments have been introduced to the relevant provisions of the Individual Pension Savings and Investment System Law No. 4632 dated March 28, 2001. Through these amendments, changes have been made to the rate of the state contribution applicable to contribution payments made in Turkish currency within the individual pension savings and investment system and the amount of the additional state contribution granted in cases where the right of withdrawal is not exercised.
