Published in the Official Gazette dated July 23, 2025, and numbered 32502, the "Regulation on the Recovery of Various Expenses from Employers of Foreign Nationals Who Are Subject to Deportation Due to Unauthorized Employment" introduces a new legal obligation directly affecting employers.

According to this Regulation, any public expenses arising during the deportation process of foreign nationals working without a permit in Türkiye shall be recovered from the employer or the employer's representative who engaged these individuals.

With the legislation published in the Official Gazette dated October 15, 2024 and numbered 32693, the Regulation on the Implementation of the International Labor Force Law regulated the foreigners to be exempted from work permit, the application for work permit exemption and other issues related to work permit exemption.

The Presidency of Migration Management has completed the development of the online "Appointment System" allowing foreign nationals in Türkiye to manage their appointment procedures more securely and efficiently.

Regulation To Amend On The Regulation Regarding Implementation of the Law on Turkish Citizenship was published in the Official Gazette numbered 32397 on December 12, 2023.

The purpose of the Regulation is to amend the ways of acquiring Turkish citizenship.
