Declaration and Payment Deadlines for Tax Returns Have Been Extended

With the Tax Procedure Law Circular (VUK-199/2026-5), the filing and payment deadlines for certain tax returns have been extended.

• Withholding and Premium Service Tax Return
• Accommodation Tax Return
• Stamp Tax Return

The filing and payment deadlines for these returns, originally due on May 26, 2026, have been extended until the end of Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) Returns

The filing and payment deadlines, originally due on June 1, 2026, have been extended until the end of Friday, June 5, 2026.

This regulation has been published under the Tax Procedure Law Circular No. 199 dated May 15, 2026.
