6698 numbered Personal Data Protection Law Article 16 makes the natural person and legal entities who process personal data, obligatory to register Data Responsible Registry Information System (namely “VERBIS” in Turkish) obligatory. As is known, one shall register into the VERBIS through the web-site of the Personal Data Protection Institution by logging-in. It is stated with the 10.04.2019 dated announcement of the Institution that it is possible to login to the VERBIS system via e-government online portal.

The organizations that have an industrial registry certificate, should declare their Annual Operating Statement which includes information about previous calendar year, within four months of the following year under 6948 numbered Industrial Registry Law.

A temporary incapacity payment is made for the insurant under the Art. 4 and clause 1/b (Bağkur) of the 5510 numbered Social Insurances and General Health Insurance Law for the period in which they did not work with the provision of obtaining a resting report in case of a work accident, occupational illness and motherhood, according to the Art. 18 of the law.
